About Us

Jessica Kinghorn, CAE, CCXP - principal consultant

Jessica Kinghorn, CAE, CCXP is a customer experience and marketing strategist with 20 years of leadership experience across global nonprofits and mid-size businesses. As Head of Global Marketing and Member Experience at the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO), she led a team of 35 serving 37,000 chief executives worldwide.


Jessica partners with organizational leaders to implement voice of customer campaigns, customer experience strategies, and AI-driven marketing solutions. Her approach centers on open dialogue, cross-departmental collaboration, and delivering clear, actionable outcomes. She has worked in various arenas, including leadership, education, M&A, supply chain and energy. She excels at solving complex challenges and facilitating meaningful connections both in-person and virtually.


Jessica holds a B.S. in Journalism from the University of Colorado and maintains certifications as a customer experience professional (CCXP), association executive (CAE) and project management professional (PMP), and is a trained facilitator. Based in Salt Lake City, she enjoys exploring mountain trails with her family.

Julie Graham - senior advisor

  Julie Graham is a leadership development expert and facilitator with more than 20 years of experience in higher education and associations. She specializes in cultivating high-performing teams, enhancing employee engagement, and developing customer-centric strategies at prestigious organizations like Harvard University and the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO).


Julie partners with organizations to align learning strategy with talent development, crafting tailored experiences that build leadership capacity, improve team dynamics, and boost employee performance. Her work fosters collaboration and strengthens organizational culture, ensuring that both leadership and teams are equipped to thrive in today’s fast-changing environments.


Known for her thoughtful facilitation and human-centered approach, Julie brings clarity, warmth, and purpose to every engagement. She is deeply committed to driving meaningful change and supporting clients in achieving sustainable success. Julie holds a B.S. in Communication Studies from Northeastern University and is a certified executive coach, dedicated to helping individuals and organizations reach their full potential.
